Warranty and Refunds
The manufacture’s warranty on all 5 and 10 liter concentrators is handled through American Discount Medical. We will be your go between with the manufacture and expedite the repair.
It is VERY important to open and test your unit when you receive it within the first 7 days. Always save box and packing material.
If you receive a unit that is damaged in shipping, we will:
- send out a call tag to return the damaged unit back to us
- ship out a new unit when the damaged unit is on the way back and email you the tracking number.
If the unit needs repair after the initial 7 days of receiving the unit, the buyer will pay to ship the unit back to ADM. Please call us to acquire an RMA number so we can get your unit setup up for repair. Once the unit is repaired, ADM will pay to return the unit back to you (except AK and HI).
If the unit needs to be returned outside of the United States, the customer will need to arrange for getting the unit back to the country they need.
Refunds will be honored for the first 30 days. The customer will pay shipping to return the concentrator back to ADM with all accessories and paperwork. A restocking fee will be accessed based on hours used and the condition of the unit. The restocking fee will be similar to our rental fee scale ($250/mo).
